Booking Enquiry
We are happy to provide additional information about our accommodation, property and local area so please do not hesitate to contact us with questions.
Booking Terms and condtitions:
- 30% rental deposit due at time of booking, with balance payable 10 weeks prior to the holiday start date.
- Security deposit required against potential loss/damage. Refundable within 7 days of departure.
- Cancellation terms apply to your holiday booking (please refer to our full Terms and Conditions below)
- We recommend that guests take out appropriate travel cancellation insurance.
- Arrival & Departures times: Arrival from 4pm onwards and departure by 10am (unless otherwise agreed).
- Free linen and towel change for holidays of 14 days.
- No smoking policy applies inside the properties and pool enclosure.
- Whilst a departure clean is included in the rental, guests are required to leave the gîte in a clean and tidy state on departure.
